During the months of January and February, Lobbyit.com set up meetings between AMFA leadership and the FAA, NTSB, as well as Congressional stakeholders regarding an array of aviation issues. Further, Lobbyit continues its progress regarding other AMFA issues in Congress.

During the month of December, Lobbyit.com communicated with Congress, the FAA and NTSB to schedule meetings in preparation of Louie Key's upcoming visit to Capitol Hill in late January.

During the month of November, Lobbyit.com conducted a number of meetings on behalf of AMFA, including: Sen. Amy Klobuchar's office regarding a potential SIDA badge bill; Congressman DeFazio's office about his help for AMFA's FAA bill; and Rep. Garamendi's office, who was able to meet with the FAA regarding foreign repair stations.

During the month of April, Lobbyit.com scheduled and attended meetings with AMFA leadership at the offices of Rep. Stark, Rep. Ruppersberger, Rep. Dingell, Rep. Johnson, and Rep. Young. Lobbyit.com also set up a meeting between the Director of Aviation within TSA, Paul Leyh, and AMFA leadership.

| AMFA Submits Testimony To Congress To Save Jobs & Protect The Public |

This past week, AMFA representatives working on Capitol Hill submitted powerful testimony to the House Aviation Subcommittee for hearings being held on the FAA Reauthorization Act. AMFA has been working diligently to even the playing field between outsourcing facilities and in-house hangars.After in-depth discussions with Transportation Committee staff, AMFA was asked to submit the following testimony which asks for language to minimize the loss of jobs and hold outsourcing facilities to more stringent standards.
