In accordance with Article IX, Section 3 of the AMFA Constitution, the National Executive Council is conducting the annual survey of the AMFA membership.
This survey is being conducted by the internet, and all active members in good standing may participate. Note: Any member whose membership dues, fees, and/or assessment obligations have not been reconciled is a member in bad standing and, therefore, is ineligible to participate.
Survey notices and instructions will be mailed to eligible members at the address on record with AMFA National by November 20, 2018. Any eligible member who has not received a survey notice by November 29, 2018, may request one by contacting the Administration Director at 720-744-6629 no later than December 11, 2018.
The survey web site will be open for responses through December 12, 2018.
