Dear Calm Air Aviation Tradesmen:
On November 19, 2024, the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) authorized a vote to determine the certified bargaining agent for Calm Air maintenance employees. After conferral between the parties, the CIRB’s Election Returning Officer has determined that the vote will take place between 12:00 pm CST on November 27 and 12:00 pm CST on November 29.
Prior to the opening of the vote, you should receive an email from your employer providing a Personal Identification Number (“PIN”), likely your employee number or date of birth. You may access your ballot by visiting the following link and entering your PIN number: https://cirb-ccri.simplyvoting.com/. We ask that you cast your ballot as soon as possible so that any potential issues may be resolved prior to the vote closing.
