Dear Jazz Technical Services AMEs and Skilled Professionals:
On December 30, 2024, the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) authorized a vote to determine the certified bargaining agent for a unit of Jazz Technical Services maintenance employees comprised of:
All licensed technical skilled trades and apprentice employees; all unlicensed technical trades and apprentice employees and technical support employees at Jazz Technical Services, a division of Jazz Aviation LP, excluding supervisors and those above, maintenance controllers, airworthiness auditors/managers, engineers (professional), production specialists, supervisors heavy avionics, administrative technical support services, engineer coordinators, cabin service coordinators, office and clerical employees, inspectors (quality assurance).
After conferral between the parties, the CIRB’s Election Returning Officer has determined that the vote will occur from January 13 at 12:00pm ET through January 15 at 12:00 pm ET.
Prior to the opening of the vote, you should receive an email that provides a voting link and Personal Identification Number (PIN), likely your employee number or date of birth. The email will be sent to your personal email address or your Company email address if you have no personal email on file. You may access your ballot by visiting the link and entering your PIN number. We ask that you cast your ballot as soon as possible so that any potential issues may be resolved prior to the closing of the vote.
