AMFA National is currently conducting a system-wide referendum for the AMFA-Southwest Airlines (SWA) 401K Me Too Clause Enactment Letter of Agreement (LOA). The complete text of the LOA is available at your Local and on the voting site for your review and consideration.
Votes for this referendum will be cast using the ElectionBuddy system, and all active AMFA members in good standing employed by Southwest Airlines are eligible to vote. Note: Any member whose membership dues, fees, and/or assessment obligations have not been paid in full is a member in bad standing and, therefore, is ineligible to vote. Members are strongly urged to resolve any arrearage prior to this referendum being conducted.
The Referendum Notice and Instructions will be emailed to eligible voters who have a personal email address on file with AMFA National on September 17, 2024. Referendum Notice and Instructions postcards will also be sent to the address on file with AMFA National. Any eligible member who has not received voting instructions or has questions about the voting process should contact elections@amfanatl.org or 720-744-6629.
The voting period for this referendum will end at 10:00 am et on October 8, 2024, the day of the tally.
