The AMFA – Alaska Airlines (AS) Negotiating Committee has requested a system-wide referendum regarding a Tentative Agreement (TA). The complete text of the TA was sent to your company email address for your consideration, and it can also be viewed on the voting website.
Votes for this referendum will be cast using the ElectionBuddy system, and all active AMFA members in good standing employed by Alaska Airlines are eligible to vote. Note: Any member whose membership dues, fees, or assessment obligations have not been paid in full is in bad standing and, therefore, is ineligible to vote. Members are strongly urged to resolve any arrearage before this referendum is conducted.
The Referendum Notice and Instructions will be emailed to eligible voters with a PERSONAL email address on file with AMFA National on February 20, 2024. Referendum Notice and Instructions postcards will also be sent to the address on file with AMFA National. Any eligible member who has not received voting instructions by March 5 or has questions about the voting process should contact 720-744-6629 or elections@amfanatl.org.
The voting period for this referendum will end at 10:00 am et on March 14, 2024, the day of the tally.
