AMFA Special Convention - 2025

In accordance with Article XII, Section 2 of the AMFA Constitution, this correspondence shall serve as the official notice of the 2025 AMFA Special Convention.
In accordance with Article XXIII of the AMFA Constitution, and following discussions held during the April 2025 Joint Advisory Council (JAC) Meeting regarding the composition of the Negotiating Committee, the National Executive Council (NEC) is hereby calling for a Special Convention to address this matter.
The Special Convention will be held in Denver, Colorado, on September 29–30, 2025 (Monday and Tuesday). The Joint Advisory Council (JAC) Meeting is scheduled to follow the Special Convention and will take place on October 1–2, 2025 (Wednesday and Thursday) during the same week.
The Delegates and Alternates elected for the 2024 National Convention were elected for a two-year term and will, therefore, continue to serve in these roles for the 2025 Special Convention. All Local Secretaries are requested to submit their updated list of Delegates and Alternates to the National Secretary/Treasurer no later than May 30, 2025.
