Employees at AMFA-represented carriers should complete the forms and steps:
- Application For Membership
- Airline-Specific Dues Check Off Form (US under a CBA only)
- Statement of Receipt (US only)
- Consent to Share Information (WestJet Only)
- National Website Registration - When you register on the AMFA National website, you are automatically registered on your Local's website as well. Complete the New User Registration section. If you do not know your AMFA number, leave that field blank—it will be entered by AMFA National during the approval process. Once your registration is approved, your AMFA number will appear in the upper right corner next to your name each time you log in.
- MemberLink - This online portal allows members to view their AMFA record, update contact information, if necessary, and members can even make dues payments. Access is not granted until the above application has been approved and processed.
