In accordance with Article XXIII, Section 3 of the AMFA Constitution, AMFA National is conducting a survey to prioritize proposals submitted for the upcoming AMFA – Southwest Airlines (SWA) Facilities Maintenance Technician (FMT) contract negotiations. This survey gives you an opportunity to indicate your opinion of the level of importance for each proposal by ranking it high, neutral, or low priority, and the results of this prioritization vote will be given to the Negotiation Committee to be used during the contract negotiation process. The complete text of the 23 compiled proposals will be displayed on the survey website.
This survey is being conducted by the internet, and all active members in good standing employed by Southwest Airlines under the FMT CBA may participate. Note: Any member whose membership dues, fees, and/or assessment obligations have not been reconciled is a member in bad standing and, therefore, is ineligible to participate. The survey will take about ten (10) minutes to complete.
Survey notices and instructions will be mailed to eligible members at the address on record with AMFA National by March 8, 2022. Instructions will also be emailed to members who have a personal email address on file. Any eligible member who has not received survey instructions via one of these methods by March 17, 2022, or anyone having questions about the survey process should contact the Administration Director at 720-744-6629.
