The AMFA-Horizon Negotiating Committee (the “Committee”) is providing this update to the membership at Horizon Air. This is the only officially authorized source of negotiating communications by your Committee.

AMFA and Horizon met on January 23, 2025, via video conference. During that one-day session, AMFA made proposals on the open items, and further discussion occurred. The Company did not respond in that same session.

The parties most recently met in Seattle on February 11-13 to continue bargaining towards a successor CBA. During the session, the parties made progress on the remaining issues; only one issue remained open at the end of the session.  The parties continued discussions by telephone and email in the following days.

On February 17, the parties reached alignment on all substantive terms. We worked with the Company to summarize the agreements on each article and LOA in a single document or an agreement in principle (AIP) on February 26, 2025.

The parties are now working to create the full tentative agreement (TA) for your review. Every article and LOA of the CBA have either been cleaned up or contains an amendment, so the work to produce the TA is a large and detailed project. Your AMFA Committee is fully committed to producing the TA in the most efficient way possible. We expect the Company to take the same approach.

Details of the terms to be contained in the TA will be sent for your review as soon as possible.

We would like to thank everybody for your continued support and messages of solidarity – together we will achieve a contract your hard work has earned. If you have any questions or input related to these negotiations, please do not hesitate to contact your ALR.

Fraternally,

Your AMFA Negotiating Committee
