Dear AMFA-Represented Members at Alaska Airlines & Future Hawaiian Members:
Good Morning, AMFA Membership. Today is the opening of the most important vote of your career. We encourage everyone to fill out their ballot IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. Read the instructions very carefully. The instructions indicated to put an “X” in the box next to the Union you are voting for. DO NOT DEVIATE FROM THE INSTRUCTIONS! The ballots are being mailed today. If you have not received your ballot by December 30, 2025, then get hold of your ALR. These ballots are being mailed from the NMB offices. Alaska Airlines provided the NMB with your respective addresses that were pulled from Peoplesoft.
AMFA will have representatives at the NMB office during the ballot count on February 12, 2026. Read the instructions very carefully to ensure your ballot is not voided. If you have any questions, please contact your respective ALR. We are mobilizing across our network to ensure every voice is heard. Jeff and I have provided the Shop Representatives with talking points to address their respective crews at shift turn-over meetings. Voter turnout will be the propellant that moves AMFA forward as the industry standard for a craft union.
The membership is our Union; your support and initiative will guide us as we begin this NMB Union Representation Election.
