To All Mechanics and Related Employees:
We have received reports of individuals posting pictures of their ballots on social media prior to mailing. AMFA discourages the practice.
While we believe that the individuals who have posted their ballots to date have done so voluntarily and out of sense of pride, we are concerned that if the practice becomes widely prevalent, individuals may feel some measure of social pressure to disclose their vote.
