In accordance with Article XXIII, Section 3 of the AMFA Constitution, AMFA National is conducting a survey to prioritize proposals submitted for the upcoming AMFA – Southwest Airlines Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) contract negotiations. This survey gives you an opportunity to indicate the importance of each proposal by ranking it as high, neutral, or low priority. The results of this prioritization survey will be given to the Negotiation Committee for use during the contract negotiation process.
This survey is being conducted online, and all active members in good standing employed by Southwest Airlines under the Aircraft Maintenance Technician contract may participate. The 87 compiled proposals will be displayed on the survey website.
