AMFA National is conducting an AMFA-L3 Harris Tentative Agreement (TA) Ratification Referendum. The full TA has been emailed to the affected members for review and is also available on the voting website.
Members will cast votes for this referendum using the ElectionBuddy Inc. system, and all active AMFA members in good standing at L3 Harris are eligible to vote. Note: Any member whose membership dues, fees, or assessment obligations have not been paid is ineligible to vote. Members are strongly urged to resolve any arrearage before this referendum is conducted.
The Referendum Notice and Instructions will be emailed to eligible voters with a PERSONAL email address on file with AMFA National on September 17, 2026. Any eligible member who has not received voting instructions or has questions about the voting process should contact 720-744-6629 or elections@amfanatl.org.
The voting period will end at 10:00AM ET on September 24, 2026, the day of the tally.
