This is an important, time-sensitive reminder: The National Mediation Board (NMB) must receive your ballot by February 12 for your voice to count in the representation election. To e
nsure your vote is counted, we strongly recommend mailing your ballot by the beginning of February.
If You Need a Duplicate Ballot
If you accidentally cut, mutilate or otherwise spoil your ballot, or if you never received a ballot, you must request a duplicate ballot in writing from:

Please note:
- Need help requesting your replacement ballot? The attached form is a convenient way to request a duplicate ballot from the NMB. Simply print the form, fill it out, sign it, and mail it. You must personally sign it.
- We recommend mailing the request no later than January 29 to ensure it is received by February 5, as your written request for another ballot must be received by the NMB no later than February 5.
Why Voting Matters
AMFA exists because we believe in democracy, fairness, and the power of Members standing together. Every vote is a statement that your voice matters and that the collective voice of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians deserves to be heard.
We have confidence in this election and in AMFA Members—but that confidence depends on participation. Please do not wait or assume others will act for you.
