April 21, 2026
Dues obligations for the Legacy Hawaiian group began in April 2026. Members who submitted their Dues Check-Off Form by the April 10th deadline are all set, and their dues will be collected via payroll deduction. Members who did not submit a Dues Check-Off Form by the April 10 deadline are now delinquent on their union dues for April 2026. Per Article IV, Section 1 of the AMFA Constitution, dues are due by the tenth (10th) of each month. If you did not submit a Dues Check-Off Form by the deadline, please:
- Log in to your MemberLink account to make a one-time payment to reconcile this arrearage as soon as possible
- Submit a Dues Check-Off Form by May 1 to ensure your payroll deductions are established for May 2026.
Please be advised that membership is a condition of employment, and payment of dues is required to be considered a Member in Good Standing (MIGS). Only Members in Good Standing are eligible to participate in voting, including the upcoming Integrated Seniority List and Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement votes, as well as union officer and representative elections.
