Following the distribution of Update #8 earlier this week, our membership has been very vocal they have no appetite for a contract extension agreement; therefore, we informed Alaska Airlines on May 1, 2019, that we withdrew our counter offer.
We have spoken about being at an impasse and discussed how to move forward with the arbitration process as detailed in Article 3. We will meet again Thursday, May 9, 2019, in Seattle, WA.
