The AMFA – Alaska Airlines (ASA) Negotiating Committee has requested a system-wide referendum regarding a Tentative Agreement (TA). The complete text of the TA and Term Sheet was emailed to each member’s company email address on January 10, 2017. If you have not received the TA, please contact the Administration Director at 720-744-6629.
Votes for this referendum will be cast using the TrueBallot Inc., WebVote® and TeleVote® systems. All active AMFA members in good standing employed by Alaska Airlines under the Mechanics and Related Collective Bargaining Agreement are eligible to vote in this referendum. Note: Any member whose membership dues, fees, and/or assessment obligations have not been paid in full is a member in bad standing, and therefore, is ineligible to vote. Members are strongly urged to resolve any arrearage prior to this referendum being conducted.
The referendum notice and voting instructions sheet will be mailed to eligible voters at the address on file with AMFA National on February 7, 2017. Any eligible member who has not received voting instructions in the mail by February 16, 2017, or anyone having questions about the voting process, should contact the Administration Director at 720-744-6629.
The voting period for this referendum will commence at 3:00 pm et on February 7, 2017, and will end at 10:00 am et on March 3, 2017, the day of the tally.
