Urgent Update on the Company COVID Policy

The Company has been changing or updating the COVID policy at a rapid pace. We would like to keep the Membership informed of 3 important updates. These updates are only accurate at this time and are subject to change at anytime.
There will be NO discipline for any Member who has failed to comply with the previous January 4th deadline to upload a vaccine card.
Testing as a condition employment is on hold. The proposed protocol will be some sort of “risk based” testing for the unvaccinated. The Company is still working on this and will update when available.
The Company is finally sitting down with AMFA to discuss conditions of employment relating to the COVID policies. AMFA’s legal counsel will be joining the discussion.
