Conclusion of Litigation
Dear Members:
Yesterday, September 24, 2020, all litigation between AMFA and Southwest Airlines (SWA) ended when the Court closed the case after the parties complied with their settlement, ratified by AMFA–SWA members last week, and moved to dismiss all claims and counterclaims.
